Vraclav (German: Wratzlau) is a village in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. Its population in 2002 was 738.

The castle and town of Vraclav was founded in the 9th century, but town privileges were the baroque spa that was established there.

The Vysoké Mýto Regional Museum has a separate workplace in Vraclav, deputed to newly build Vysoké Mýto by King Přemysl Otakar II in 1262. In 1711, a Baroque spa was established here.
