Újezdec is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.89 square kilometres (1.12 sq mi), and has a population of 53 (as at 28 August 2006).

Újezdec lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Prachatice, 41 km (25 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 115 km (71 mi) south of Prague.
