Alexey Barinov

Alexey Viktorovich Barinov (Template:Lang-ru; born December 30, 1951 in Tashabar, Tajik SSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman and politician.

Until 2000, he worked in the petroleum industry. In 2005, he was elected head of Nenets Autonomous Okrug. On May 24, 2006, he was arrested and on June 21 dismissed by President Vladimir Putin from his position.
