Ella Tengbom-Velander (born 28 July 1921, in Karlshamn), is a Swedish politician (Moderate Party).[1] She was the Municipal commissioner of Helsingborg in 1977–1982 and 1986–1988. In 1967–1973, she served as Municipal commissioner of the opposition in Helsingborg. She was the first female Municipal commissioner in Sweden.
