Frederick Wheeler Hinckley (May 26, 1878-May 11, 1933) was an American lawyer and politician from Maine. Hinckley, a Republican, served as Mayor of South Portland, Maine in 1919 and in the Maine House of Representatives from 1919–1922.[1][2]
