Radio Nacional del Paraguay (National Radio of Paraguay) is the official, state-run, international broadcaster of Paraguay.[1] Founded in the 1940s, in around 2005 it stopped transmitting in Short Wave[2] and currently reaches its international audience exclusively through the internet. Locally it broadcasts on Medium Wave on the frequency 920 kHz. Programs are in Spanish and in the Guarani language.
