Peter Wolframovich Bezukladnikov (Template:Lang-ru) is General Director of Russian biggest engineering company E4 Group (revenue $1.5bln, 18,000 employees) and formerly a scientist in the field of structural analysis of carbohydrates.

Education and Scientific Career

Peter Bezukladnikov graduated from the Department of Molecular and Chemical Physics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1982[1] and continued on to receive Ph.D. in chemistry. As a scientist at the Pacific Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Far East Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences, he was the first[2] to apply ESI/AP/MS (Electrospray ionization/atmospheric pressure/Mass spectrometry) for the structural analysis of carbohydrates.[3][4][5][6]

Career in Management

In 2000-2004 worked in RAO UES of Russia where he was responsible for the development of the reorganization strategy.

In 2004-2006 Peter Bezukladnikov acted as a General Manager of ENEL ESN Energo, managing company of Sevzapenergo of RAO UES of Russia.

Successfully managed implementation of the following projects:

Construction of 2nd power unit of JSC North-west PP (150MW) - acting as the Customer. Peter Bezukladnikov participated in development of the agreement with GUP TEK, St. Petersburg, to transfer heat to Primorsky district of St. Petersburg.

This project set a precedent in the field of heat power tariffication .

Management of Italian-Russian joint venture JSC Enel ESN Energo – Manager in Public JSC North-west HS.

Managed successful implementation of the first complete overhaul of large gas turbines in Russian power industry, involving experts of Italian company ANSALDO .

Main achievement of the project lies in the fact that it was the first successful experience of managing foreign-capital company by Russian power enterprise.
