César Enrique Bernal Ávila (born February 14, 1995 in Torreón, Coahuila) is a Mexican professional footballer who currently plays for Tampico Madero F.C.[1] He made his professional debut with Santos Laguna during a Copa MX victory over Correcaminos UAT on 19 August 2014.
