Jeff Patterson (3 November 1928 – 28 April 2013) was a former Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne, Richmond and Fitzroy in the Victorian Football League (VFL). [1]

He later played in Tasmania with the East Launceston club in the NTFA.
