Shōmei Yokouchi (横内 正明, Yokouchi Shōmei, March 2, 1942 – April 21, 2020) was a Japanese politician. He represented the Yamanashi Prefecture electoral district and later Yamanashi District No. 3 in the House of Representatives in the national Diet from 1993 until 2002 and was governor of Yamanashi Prefecture from 2007 until 2015. He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo Law Department.
