The Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan (Template:Lang-ru)is a governmental agency of Turkmenistan in charge of regulating the activities in the industry the areas of oil and gas, petrochemical, transportation of hydrocarbons. The structure of this ministry is the State Agency for Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources under the President of Turkmenistan. To date, the Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan is Muhammetnur Halylov.[1]
