Taliha is a village in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.[1] Upper Subansiri is the name of the district that contains village Taliha.

Taliha is located 32 km towards North from District headquarters Daporijo. It is one of the 60 constituencies of Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh. Name of current MLA (September-2016) of this constituency is Punji Mara.
