Charmaine Smith (born 15 November 1990) is a New Zealand rugby union player. She debuted for New Zealand in a match against Canada in 2015. She was named in the Black Ferns squad for the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup in Ireland[1][2] and was part of the winning team of the 2019 Women's Rugby Super Series.[3]

Alongside playing for the Black Ferns, Smith is a full-time Sergeant for the New Zealand Police based in Mount Wellington.
