Garbage Days Regurgitated is a 2000 release by the punk band Sloppy Seconds. The EP only features cover versions (including songs by Black Flag and Joan Jett). Both the album cover and title are parodies of Metallica's 1987 EP The $5.98 E.P. - Garage Days Re-Revisited.
