Earl Michael Irving

Earl M. Irving is a retired member of the Senior Foreign Service who served as the American Ambassador to Swaziland from 2009–2012. As of 2019, Irving serves as the Senior Adviser to the Franklin Fellows Program at the Department of State.[1]
Since he started with the U.S. Department of State in January 1983, Irving has served in several posts including Consul General in Melbourne, Australia (2005-2008) and Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe (1998-2001).[1]
