As of 2018, video games generated sales of US$134.9 billion annually worldwide. In 2019, the mobile games revenue reached $61.7 billion and the online games $16.9 billion. In 2018, the global console games market was valued at about $26.8 billion and the PC games market was valued at about $27.7 billion.

Another estimate puts $109.8 billion in total revenue generated by digital games in 2018 (this number doesn't include consoles), with mobile accounted for $61.3 billion, PC games with $35.7 billion and consoles with $12.7 billion.[1]
