Velimir Ivić (born August 27, 2002 in Belgrade, Serbia) is a Serbian chess grandmaster since 2020, an International Master since 2018 and a FIDE Master since 2016. He is the best U18 player in Serbia and 8th U18 player in the world. He is ranked 7th best player in Serbia.[1][2] His highest rating was 2558 (in January 2020).[3]

In 2018, Ivić participated in the Chess Olympiads.[4]

In 2016, Ivić represented Serbia's 2nd board at the World youth team Olympiad[4], and scored 7 points after eleven rounds at the World Youth Chess Championships in South Africa ranking 7th - 14th.[5]
