Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde (born 8 July 1965) is a Norwegian politician for the Progress Party.

She was appointed Minister of Public Security in the Ministry of Justice and Public Security in Solberg's Cabinet from January 2019 and held the position until January 2020.[1]

She is married to politician Christian Tybring-Gjedde.[1]
