Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator

The Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator (ACT) is a G20 initiative announced by pro-tem Chair Mohammed al-Jadaan on 24 April 2020.[1] A call to action was published simultaneously by the WHO on 24 April.[2]

Structure

Sir Andrew Witty and Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala have accepted to act as Special Envoys to the ACT Accelerator from the WHO.[3]
