Melt Bar and Grilled is a restaurant with ten main locations in Ohio that specializes in creative grilled cheese sandwiches.[1] The restaurant is owned and operated by Matt Fish, who is also the executive chef.[2]

Melt has enjoyed notoriety both locally and nationally. Matt Fish's creations and the popular Cleveland restaurant have been featured in USA Today,[3] Esquire Magazine],[4] as one of the best sandwiches in America; and in National Culinary Review.[5]

In 2010 Melt was featured on two national food-themed television shows: The Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives[6] with Guy Fieri, which aired February 8, 2010,[7] The Travel Channel's Man v. Food[8] with Adam Richman, which aired June 22, 2010.[9] It has been featured in Cheese Paradise on the Travel channel, which aired in 2013.[10]

In 2011 Melt was also featured on the Food Network show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", in the messy food themed episode for their "Godfather" lasagna grilled cheese sandwich.
