Vangaichungpao railway station (previous name Dholakhal) is a newly commissioned railway station in Imphal East district, Manipur. Its code is VNGP. It will serve Vangaichunpao city. The station consists of two platforms.[1] This station is open now for passenger trains and 55665/66 Sichar Jiribam passenger train has been extended till Vangaichungpao w.e.f. 28 May 2017 and now renamed as 55665/66 Silchar Vangaichungpao passenger. The work on this railway line is expected to be completed by 2019.[2][3]
