Ferid Berberi

Ferid Berberi (born December 6, 1946 in Tirana, Albania) is an Albanian sportsman. He broke 37 National weightlifting records as an athlete and was a National Champion for 7 years from 1961-1973. As a trainer, notable students he has helped develop include Pyrros Dimas. Ferid Berberi attended the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney as Secretary General of the Albanian Weightlifting Federation.

He was the trainer of Dinamo Weightlifting Club,[1] and now works as a researcher at the Albanian Weightlifting Federation's research department.
