Kalyani Kumari Khadka is a Nepali communist politician and a member of the House of Representatives of the federal parliament of Nepal. She was elected under the proportional representation system from Rautahat District representing CPN UML.[1][2] She is the chair of the House Development and Technology committee.[3][4][5]

Following the formation of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), she was appointed a "Co-Incharge" of Rautahat district for the party.[6]
