Mets Hot Stove is a program airing of SportsNet New York which focuses on the offseason activities of the New York Mets. It is hosted by Mets sideline reporter Kevin Burkhardt, as well as many other baseball experts, writers, and players.

Background

The program focuses on free agent signings and re-signings of the Mets and rumors of trades and signings of players. Fans can call the show to pose questions for the hosts to answer about who the Mets are interested in during the offseason. The show begins in November and ends in February. Chris Carlin, Bob Ojeda, and Jonas Schwartz make appearances on the show as well.
