Alanna Therese Clohesy was[1] born on 21 August 1962, Sealake, Victoria. She was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council as a Labor Party member for East Metropolitan region at the 2013 state election. She was the Deputy Chair of Committees from 22 May 2013 to 21 May 2017.[1] Before she became a member of the Parliament, she was an advisor for Labor Senator for Western Australia.[1]
