Michele Eray (born 5 May 1979) is a South African sprint canoer and marathon canoeist who competed in the late 2000s. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, she finished seventh in the K-4 500 m event while being eliminated in the semifinals of the K-2 500 m event. She finished first of the women in the 2011 Berg River Canoe Marathon, clocking an aggregate time of 19:06.02 in the 4-day event.

She moved to the USA to become Sprint High Performance Manager at USA Canoe Kayak.[1]

She represented the USA in the ICF Marathon World Championships in 2014, finishing 11th.[2]
