St Mary's church, Ideford

Ideford is a village in the Teignbridge district of Devon, England. It is located 5 miles north of Newton Abbot and is close to its neighbouring village of Luton. To the west of the village is the A380 dual carriageway and to the east is Luton and Teignmouth golf course.

It is located in a valley and is known for its picturesque landscape.[citation needed] It is home to a pub named the Royal Oak A Heavitree House, Ideford Church, Ideford Village Hall and the Millennium Green, which is home to the well-known Ideford Oak. Another well-known fact of the village is the Ideford Dip at the Eagle Farm junction of the A380
