Rick Jacobson is an American film director, television director and producer, and stage and television actor.

Career

Cinema

Jacobson began his professional career working as additional director on the 1991 film Ring of Fire. The following year, he worked as a second director on the film Blackbelt. In 1992 Jacobson directed "Full Contact" for producer Roger Corman followed by "The Unborn II" (1993) Dragon Fire (1993), Terminal Voyage (1994) and two films in the Bloodfist series. In 1998, the romantic film Reasons of the Heart.

In 2009, he directed his most well-known film, the exploitation film Bitch Slap starring Julia Voth, Erin Cummings and America Olivo.[1]

Television

His television directing credits include Baywatch, Baywatch Nights, Cleopatra 2525, Xena: Warrior Princess, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and most recently Spartacus, Dominion.[2]
