María Abel (born 23 October 1974) is a Spanish long-distance runner. She competed in the women's marathon at the 2004 Summer Olympics[1] in which she came 26th out of 82 runners with a time of 2:40:13.

Abel's personal best in the Marathon is 2:26:58 set in Frankfurt, Germany on 27 October 2002.[1]
