Transportation for America (or T4A), is a United States policy organization primarily focused on building grassroots support for—and enacting—federal, state, and local government laws that support progressive transportation and land use policy.

Specific policy goals include support for greater investments in public transportation, smart growth, and environmentalism.[3]

In addition to individuals who may participate, T4A's membership roster includes a number of governments, as well as housing, business, environmental, public health, transportation, equitable development, and other organizations.[4]
