Vili Beroš (Serbo-Croatian pronunciation: [ʋîːli běːroʃ]; born 13 December 1964) is a Croatian politician who has been Minister of Health since 2020, in the Cabinet of Andrej Plenković.[1][2][3][4]
His tenure as the health minister has been marked by efforts to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in Croatia, which as of April 2020 has affected over 1000 people in Croatia.[5] Croatia has also been presiding over the Council of the European Union since January 2020, which occasionally entails holding meetings of ministers of health from all 27 member states of the European Union, which are chaired by the minister from the presiding country.
