Charge is the name of the executive of the German student fraternities. A member of the executive is called Chargierter (plural Chargierten). The oldest, "dueling" (schlagende) fraternities typically have three Chargierten, a senior (speaker), a consenior and a subsenior (usually the association's secretary).[1][2]
