Undera Football Club is an Australian rules football club located in Undera, Victoria.[1]


History

There are reports that Undera played matches against Kyabram in 1888.[2]

It was formally established in 1891 and competed against local sides for the Elder Trophy.

Undera defeated Mooroopna by scoring the only goal in wet and wild weather.[3]

Undera entered a junior team in the Kyabram District Junior Football League from 1909 to 1922.[citation needed]

A senior team was entered in 1928 in the Goulburn Valley Football Association 2nd Division.[citation needed].

The Undera Football Club is dubbed "The Lions."[citation needed]
