Sir Edward Pryce-Jones (1861–1926) was Conservative MP for Montgomery Boroughs.

He won the seat in 1895, held it in 1900, lost it to the Liberals in 1906, tried to win it back in January 1910, and did win it back in December 1910. He stood down when the constituency was abolished in 1918.

He was made a baronet in 1918 (see Pryce-Jones baronets).
