Guido John Grilli (born January 9, 1939) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Athletics during the 1966 season.

In a 22-game career, Grilli posted a 0-2 record with a 7.08 ERA and one save in 2013 innings of work. He gave up 24 hits and 20 bases on balls, with 12 strikeouts.
