Hyperolius schoutedeni is a species of frog in the family Hyperoliidae. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly Central African Republic, possibly Republic of the Congo, and possibly Sudan. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, freshwater springs, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds.
