Ludovico Girardello (Vittorio Veneto, born December 5, 2000) is an Italian actor and director best known for his role of Michele Silenzi in The Invisible Boy movie series.

Controversies

In late December 2017, some days before the premiere of The Invisible Boy - Second Generation, Girardello and Filippo Vallese, a fellow actor of the same age, were filmed in a video that was then uploaded on Vallese's Instagram profile in which, while having a walk through a Trieste lashed by the bora wind, the two boys complained about the weather and the town, saying "I'm sick of rain[...] Trieste, I hate you Trieste. Let's hate this shitty town".[1] They said they were joking, but local politician Sandra Savino was indignant and protested in a public statement.[2] The two boys, now aware of the consequences of their own prank, made public apologies.[3]
