Lion Hudson Limited is British book publishing company.[4] The company is owed by the AFD Group in the Isle of Man with operations in Oxford, England, UK. It was formed in August 2017 by the AFD Group upon the acquisition of the assets of "Lion Hudson PLC in administration" (now liquidated). It had its origins as Lion Publishing (founded in 1971) and Hudson International (founded in 1977).
