Phạm Lê Thảo Nguyên (born December 7 1987) is a Vietnamese chess player, and a woman grandmaster. [1]

She has qualified for the Women's World Chess Championship 2016 (knock-out) as winner of a zonal stage. [2]

She played for the Vietnamese women's team which won the bronze medal in chess at the 2010 Asian Games.

She is married to Nguyễn Ngọc Trường Sơn.
