The 2019 Northeast Conference Men's Soccer Tournament, was the thirty first edition of the tournament. It determined the Northeast Conference's automatic berth into the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament. LIU entered the tournament as the defending champions. With the #1 seed, Saint Francis (PA) hosted the Tournament. 4 seed Fairleigh Dickinson defeated Saint Francis (PA) and LIU to capture the Tournament Championship, their 8th in program history.

The top four teams participate in the tournament and it is hosted by the top seed.[2] The seeding is based on the program's conference record during the 2019 NEC season.
