Mandel Kramer (March 12, 1916 – January 29, 1989) was an American TV actor and voice actor. As a voice actor, he is best known as the last Johnny Dollar from Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar radio show.[1]

For 20 years he played police chief Bill Marceau from The Edge of Night (1959–1979). His other roles in old-time radio included those shown in the table below. Kramer also appeared in 130 episodes of CBS Radio's Mystery Theater between 1974 and 1982.
