The Greek Cup 1964–65 was the 23rd edition of The Greek Football Cup, or Greek Cup for short.

The competition culminated with the Greek Cup Final, held at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium, Piraeus on 14 July 1965. The match was contested by Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, with Olympiacos winning 1–0.
