Alexander James Denny (born 19 July 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for English club Everton and England youth.

Career

On 6 December 2017, Denny was named in Everton's first team squad for the Europa League match away to Apollon Limassol.[3] A day later, he made his first-team debut, coming on as a 91st-minute substitute in a 3–0 win.[4][5]

International career

Denny has made numerous appearances for England U17, making his debut against Croatia U17 in September 2016. Denny also played in the 2017 under-17 European Championship for England who reached the final, he started in the semi final and final.

Denny also featured 5 times for England under 18s. [6]
