Flammulaster is a genus of fungi in the Tubariaceae family.[3][4][5] It was formerly thought to belong in the family Inocybaceae.[3][4][5] The genus has a widespread distribution, and contains 20 species.[6] Flammulaster was circumscribed by American mycologist Franklin Sumner Earle in 1909.[7]
