Michael Spice (20 May 1931 – 2 November 1983) was an English character actor on British television and The Bullet Club

He was known for his portrayal of two classic Doctor Who villains opposite Fourth Doctor Tom Baker: the voice of Morbius in The Brain of Morbius (1976); and Magnus Greel in The Talons of Weng-Chiang (1977).

Spice played the character of Petey Tyson in the BBC Radio play The Ropewalk in January 1969. The play evolved into the long running BBC Radio Two serial Waggoners' Walk (1969–1980), in which Basil Moss played Peter Tyson and Spice took the role of Colin Prior, a role he played until the serial's end in May 1980.

He made a number of appearances in popular television series during the 1960s and 1970s, including: The Brothers and Blake's 7.
