Dor Peretz (Hebrew: דור פרץ; born 17 May 1995), is an Israeli footballer who plays as a midfielder for Israeli football club Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Early life
Peretz was born in Hod HaSharon, Israel, to a Sephardic Jewish family.[1]
Club career
On 12 August 2014, Peretz made his senior debut in Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C. during a Toto Cup match against Maccabi Netanya F.C.. On 10 September 2014 scored his first goal, in the 6-0 victory against Hapoel Petah Tikva. In his first season senior team played 28 games in all competitions.
On 14 July 2015, he made his first international match debut in the 2-1 loss over Maltese team Hibernians F.C. in 2015-16 Champions league qualifications. Once a partner in other early games, managed to Maccabi and qualify for the Champions League. On 26 September 2015, Peretz scored the first goal in his senior career during a league match against Maccabi Haifa.
On 27 January 2017 loaned to Hapoel Haifa until the end of the season.[2]
International career
Peretz played all the young teams of Israel. On 7 June 2015 debut under 21 national team 4-0 victory over Liechtenstein.
In 2015, he was called up by the national coach Eli Guttman for the senior team. Dor scored his first goal for the national team in a 2-1 victory over the Scotland national football team at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in the League of Nations on 11 October 2018.
