The Rottweil Test Tower ("Testturm" in Germany) is an elevator test tower in Rottweil, Germany owned by ThyssenKrupp who has their elevator research campus nearby. It stands 246 metres tall and was designed to test the company's MULTI Elevator System. The tower was completed in 2017 and[1] is the tallest elevator test tower in the world and second largest elevator test chamber after a former mine shaft used by KONE.[2]
