Subhas Mungra

Subhas Chandra Mungra (born 2 September 1945)[1] is a Surinamese diplomat[2] and former Foreign Minister.[3] He is Special Ambassador to the US and serves as Permanent Representative of Suriname on the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States.[4][5]
