Buried Alive is the debut single by British heavy metal act Blitzkrieg, released in 1981.

Cover versions
The B-side track of the "Buried Alive" single, "Blitzkrieg", is notable as a favorite of heavy metal band Metallica, who regularly played it live during their early years; it later appeared on their 1984 single, Creeping Death. It was also added as a bonus track to the 1988 re-release of Metallica's debut album, Kill 'Em All, and appeared on the compilation album Garage Inc. in 1998.
