Harry H. East (1862–1905) was a professional baseball player who primarily played third base in the American Association for the Baltimore Orioles. He played in one game for the Orioles in 1882 and was hitless in four at-bats. He played in the minor leagues in 1885 and 1886. He apparently died of suicide by slitting his throat in a mental asylum.[1]
